โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ชาวอเมริกาที่อาศัยอยู่ที่ใดก็ได้ หรือเป็นคนชาติใดก็ได้ที่ปัจจุบันอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
